Bollywood actor Salman Khan has beaten Amitabh Bachchan and close friend Shah Rukh Khan to become the 'Most Attractive Personality in 2015'.

The "Prem Ratan Dhan Payo" actor has topped India's Most Attractive Personality list, which includes 11 personalities from the field of Cinema and Sports. "Bajirao Mastani" actress Deepika Padukone topped the female celebrity list of most attractive personality.

Deepika dethroned Katrina Kaif to take the lead as the most attractive female celebrity.

The list comprises names such as megastar Amitabh Bachchan as the second most attractive personality, Shah Rukh as the third most attractive personality, Deepika as fourth, Mahendra Singh Dhoni as fifth, Rahul Dravid as sixth, Ranbir Kapoor as seventh, Hema Malini as eighth, Sachin Tendulkar as ninth, Aamir Khan as 10th and Virat Kohli as the 11th most attractive personality.

The list was created based on a 16-city survey conducted by TRA (formerly Trust Research Advisory).

"While we often see attractiveness only in terms of physical beauty, it is much more. It is certainly not skin deep. True attractiveness is based on four foundations that are based on appeals of Rational, Emotional, Aspirational and Communication," N. Chandramouli, TRA, CEO, said in a statement.

Meanwhile, in March TRA revealed a list of most trusted personality in India and Big B topped the list. Katrina was voted the top female celebrity. Actor Kapil Sharma was named as the most trusted standup Comedian.
