Korean rapper Zico is in love and the woman who is the object of his affection is AOA member Seolhyun. According to the latest news, the K-pop stars' agencies have confirmed that the two are indeed dating and they expect fans to be kind to them.
Zico's agency, Seven Seasons, said in a press release, "We confirmed with Zico following the reports, and he said he and Seolhyun have a close sunbae-hoobae relationship, and are getting to know each other."
Likewise, Seolhyun's agency, FNC Entertainment, stated, "Relying on each other in difficult times, the two fostered interest in one another. They're an industry sunbae (senior) and hoobae (junior) that are comfortable with each other. Please look upon them nicely."
Zico and Seolhyun's relationship has been under wraps for a long time now but a set of pictures released by Dispatch suggest that it has been so low-key because the two spend a lot of time together at Zico's house.
In the pictures published on Tuesday, Aug. 9, Seolhyun is caught running towards the rapper's house, often in a hurry. The "Good Luck" singer is seen trying to hide from the paparazzi and almost always has her face covered.
Although Dispatch's photos have gone viral, pictures of the two surfaced several months ago, in January 2016. Several blogs questioned if Seolhyun is Block B member Zico's new girlfriend. But it's only now that the two artistes' agencies have responded to rumours of them dating.
According to various outlets, Zico and Seolhyun have been dating since March 2016 after they bonded at several international promotional activities. For many, news of their relationship is quite unexpected and shocking. However, fans are excited about their relationship and suffice it to say that Zico and Seolhyun have already found many shippers.
